The São Mamede artists are

our Past,
our present
and our future.

The desire to showcase and represent a diversity of visual expressions is one of theconstant missions of the gallery. With an ever-growing inventory we always searchfor a dialogue between generations where modern and contemporary artworks sharea space in a valuable dialogue.
Therefore, São Mamede Art Gallery invites all young and emerging artists whoaspire to show their work, to participate in a group exhibition that will take place inthe new space of the gallery situated at Rua Maestro Pedro de Freitas Branco, inLisbon.
In September of 2022, the selected group of artists will participate in a groupexhibition, serving the gallery as a space for convergence between a generation ofpromising artists and a new generation of collectors.

For the application please consider:

_Artists 35 years old and younger.

_Any nationality living in Portugal.

_All areas of artistic expression.

_The applications will only be accepted in digital format, that must include the application dossier and other relevant files.
_Application Dossier:

- PDF file
- Maximum 10 pages A4 up to 15mb

_Applicants are free to organize and include all content they deem relevant, as long as the mandatory information is included:

• Artist identification (name, address, contact, email and relevant website and social media handles)
• Selection of 3 artworks with information (JPG photograph, Title, date, technique and dimensions)
• Description (max. 1000 characters)
• C.V (max. 500 characters)
